Vangie Chenelle Stephens, 41, died Tuesday, September 22, 2020.

Born on March 23, 1979, Vangie was a lifetime resident of Spring City and graduated from Rhea County High School.  She was a homemaker and a caregiver.  Vangie was a member of the Watts Bar Church of God.

She was preceded in death by her mother Donna Price Keeton, grandparents Luke Price and George Stephens and uncle Kenny Stephens.

Survivors include her father Roger D. Stephens of Soddy Daisy, TN, daughter Maddi Smith of Evensville, TN, sister Donita Stinnett of Dayton, half-sister Leslie Cameron of Soddy Daisy, stepsister Brandy Archer of Murfreesboro, TN, grandmother Stella Price Corbitt of Spring City, grandparents Gary and Peggy Wright of Soddy Daisy, aunts Kim (Tim) Beasley and Sonja Stephens both of Soddy Daisy, uncles Darrell Price of Florida and David Price of Spring City, nieces Shelby and Sammi Payne and Arianna and Averly Cameron and nephews Hunter Stinnett and Wyatt Cameron.  A special thanks to Hearth Hospice caregivers, Jessica and Kierra.

memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2020 a2:00 pm in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Daggett officiating.  The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Vaughn Funeral Home.
