Ricky Taylor a former UTC basketball player does clinic at Rhea County High School for players first through 8th grade

Evensville, TN — Ricky Taylor, a former UTC basketball player was at Rhea County High School doing a short clinic on basketball skills with Lebron Herd, the Rhea Middle School Boys basketball coach on Thursday. Ten players ran through a circuit of drills ran by Ricky Taylor to improve their knowledge of basketball.
Ricky played at UTC(University of Tennessee Chattanooga), for four years and accumulated over 1200 points, 300 rebounds, 150 assists and 60 steals in his career. After graduating in 2012 from UTC with a degree in accounting, Ricky played in Europe for a couple of years before returning home to work in the accounting field, but has been concentrating his efforts on basketball coaching and teaching lately and took off this last tax season to work with kids on basketball. Ricky Taylor is also an ordained minister with the Church of God.
