Tennessee Career Center brings largest Job Fair in years to Dayton

If you’re seeking employment or ready to begin a new career, don’t miss Rhea County’s largest job fair tomorrow from 9 AM to 3 PM at Dayton Church of God.  The Tennessee Career Center has partnered with local and area leaders in manufacturing, medical, and transportation to provide a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for job seekers at their 2016 Spring Job Fair.

job-fairOver 40 local and area employers will be on hand including, La-Z-Boy, Goodman Manufacturing, TenCate, Lonza Chemical, IAC, Rhea Medical, and Life Care Centers to name a few.

“It’s a great opportunity and one of the biggest job fairs we’ve had in over 5 years,” states Beth Keylon who serves as Special Projects Coordinator for the Tennessee Career Center.

To make the most of the opportunity, Keylon encourages job seekers come prepared.

“Be sure to come dressed for success with a clean resume,” advises Keylon.  “Be prepared for an interview as many are hired on the spot.”

In addition to manufacturing, medical, and transportation, employers will be looking to fill managerial and business management positions.

The Spring Job Fair is presented by the Tennessee Career Center at Dayton as part of the Southeast Tennessee Development District with other partners including Dayton Chamber of Commerce and Rhea Economic & Tourism Council.

Dayton Family Church is located at 3314 Rhea County Hwy, just north of Walmart.
