Rhea Rhea County Coaches assisted by Bryan College Players, will host 2 day camp October 19 and 20. Alunmi game to be held October 16th.
Dayton, TN — The Rhea County High School Baseball coaches will be hosting a two-day instructional camp with Bryan College baseball players. RCHS Head Coach Rusty Ray, his assistants, along with players from Bryan College will be conducting the event. Coach Hasty from Bryan will be sending Bryan College players to assist with the camp.
Also on hand will be Steven Hailey. Steven was pitcher with the Florida Marlins until an injury ended his playing career. Steven will offer pitching instruction at the camp. Steven is now the owner of Baseball Mission in Cleveland, Tn. where him and his staff specialize in biomechanics of pitching and hitting. He will offer huge discounts with prices too low to advertise on helmets, bats, bags, gloves and accessories from the following brands, Rawlings, Wilson, Demarini, Mizuno, Lizard Skin and Evoshield.
“With the staff I will have on hand, we will be able to offer instruction at many different levels, Coach Ray said.
“We will instruct the younger kids who need basic fundamental work, to the kids who can play at a higher level.”
“Bryan College players will be assisting. Anytime you can get someone who has played on a higher level to teach kids on a lower level, they learn!”

Alumni Game:
Rhea County High School Baseball team will host an alumni game on October 16, 2015. The game will be played at Jim Rankin Field, home of the Eagles. The alumni game is open to all ages that have played for Rhea County Baseball in the past. The day will consist of alumni game before the homecoming football game. A fun filled opportunity for Rhea County alumni.
Charge: $50 per player
