Dugger named Player of the Week vs. McMinn County

Rhea County senior offensive and defensive lineman, Payton Dugger, has been named SouthEast Bank Player of the Week vs. McMinn County.

The 6’0″, 210 lb. senior standout returned to play after being injured early in the season to be credited with six solo tackles and an assist.  Most impressively, Dugger anchored Pemberton’s offensive line grading out at 81%.

Dugger and his Golden Eagle brethren return to district play this Friday at Lenoir City to play the Panthers..

With a win, Rhea County will secure a playoff bid
