Patricia “Patty” Ervin, 66 died Sunday, September 6, 2020 at her residence.

Born on March 5, 1954she was a lifelong resident of Spring City.  Patty was the daughter of the late Earl Mathis and Elsie Cagle Mathis Morgan.  She was a graduate of Spring City High School, Class of 1972.  Patty was an office manager in the medical field for 35 years.  She loved singing, traveling, camping, playing dominoes and spending time with family and friends.  Patty was a faithful member of the Wolf Creek Baptist Church in Spring City. She loved her church family.

Patty is survived by her husband Robert W. Ervin of Spring City, children Amber (Joe) Roper and Adam (Rena) Ervin both of Spring City, sister Kathy (Mark) Reeves of Knoxville, 4 grandchildren and 4 step grandchildren, special friends Robbie and Beverly Gray and Pattie and Alvin Dodson, aunts and uncles and several nieces and nephews and her dog “Jingle”.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 6:00 pm at the Wolf Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Paul Forgey officiating.   The body will lie in state from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm Wednesday at the church.  Interment will be Thursday, September 10, 2020 at 11:00 am in the Spring City Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wolf Creek Baptist Church, 5225 Wolf Creek Road, Spring City, TN  37381.
