Nokian Tyres invites the Rhea County community and beyond to join them as they host their first annual, “Safety Fest”, this Friday and Saturday.
The celebration kicks off with a tailgate party before the Golden Eagles’ home opener at Bill Horton Field this Friday at 6 PM. Nokian representatives look forward to meeting members of the community, and having the opportunity to share the company’s commitment to safety.
“We look forward to being at the tailgate Friday night and cheering them on to victory,” says Nokian Tyres North American Marketing Director, Hans Dyhrman.
Stop by and sign-up for your chance to win a free set of Nokian tires. The winner will be announced during halftime.
Friday’s tailgate party will be followed by a Saturday’s “Safety Fest” event at the Rhea County Welcome Center from 10AM to 3PM.
At Saturday’s event, you can expect food, prizes, and valuable tire safety tips to keep your tires performing their best. There will be games such as the Nokian’s “Football Tire Toss” led by your favorite Golden Eagle Football players.
This will be a great opportunity to meet key Nokian team members and learn more about their company. Another set of Nokian Tyres will be among the many prizes given away during the event.
Drivers can expect to learn more about measuring tread depth, checking tire pressure, and get a sneak peek at the latest offerings from Nokian Tyres.
Don’t worry if you can’t make it this weekend. Nokian will host another event on September 28-29. The September event plans to feature employee discounts exclusively for Rhea County.
From on-the-road safety, to safety in the workplace, Nokian Tyres is committed to the well-being of all drivers and employees.
