Come out and get your art on with Art Crafters.
This Saturday is the downtown event of the Spring Fling hosted by Main Street Dayton! Art Crafters will be open until 8pm and have special deal, a drawing, and live music from Dave and Glen.
Of course, Tuesday evenings is always Stitch and Art At Nite; 6-8pm. It is FREE and a special time to come and work on your projects to get them done, along with others. It is a time, also, to learn from others and/or share your experiences. Stitch At Nite’s (SAN) mission project is ongoing. Come and be apart of it or do you own thing. It is always a special time.
Spring Schedule for Art Crafters
**Friday, April 11 – Kids Art Class with Sally Fleming, 3:30-5:00; $8.00; 5×7 tissue paper- Egg-stra! Supplies included. Connect with us for your child/grandchild’s spot.
**Tuesday, April 15 – 5-9pm; Adults- paint with Robin Champagne; 11×14 Barn Scene. $40.00; supplies included. Contact us to reserve you spot.
**Pixeling Exhibit featuring Tony Warren. Very cool pictures all by doing dots; Saturday, April 19-Wednesday, April 30. Come and Meet Tony on Saturday, April 19 as he does a work in progress and would love to tell you about his passion in this unique art.
**Saturday, May 3 is the Rhea Arts Council Youth Music and Arts Festival. A reception and awards of music competition is at 1:00pm. On display will be art from students of Rhea County.
**Friday, May 9 from 3:30-5pm; Kids can make a framed mirror decorated with tissue paper for that special person for Mother’s Day. Fee is $10.00; Artist, Sally Fleming. Supplies included. Connect with us for your spot for the class.
**Saturday, May 17 from 1-3pm; $25 will pay for a special Michael White Landscape Photography WORKSHOP. Connect with us so we can reserve your spot for this special workshop.
