Over 155 youth participating in 2017-18 youth basketball school league

January 2018

Evensville, TN —  The Rhea County youth basketball league is back.  After a short absence, the league is back this year.  Play began in December and will restart on January 6th.  Cost of admission is only $1.00.

The youth are from 2nd-5th grade.  There are eight 2nd/3rd grade teams and eleven 4th/5th grade teams.  Around 155-160 kids involved.

Assistant Lady Eagle Basketball coach Keila Formont is league director and Daniel Curtis the Rhea County Boys basketball coach is also helping with league administration.  Most of the refs are players, with one basketball coach in the mix.

Come on by and see Rhea County’s future basketball stars in action.
