Coach Nathan Talley said, “Back to back wins for the boys team! I’m happy with the last two matches vs Harriman high(last match) and Rockwood High. Rockwood always gives us a great match. It feels good to get a win over them today. Conditions were wet out on the course today, but our teams dealt with the conditions well. I’m glad to see Russell Green bounce back with a medalist round of 38. Senior C.J. Smith had one of his best matches today against Rockwood with a 41(second best score on the day).
“Our girls team ran into a buzz saw today. Sale Creek girls team is solid. Lesely lead us with a season best 46 and C.J. Sneed shot a 48. I think those scores will fare well as the season moves along for our girls team.”
