Need a little help keeping those resolutions: Check out RC3
Dayton, TN — Rhea County Community Center, located at 232 4th avenue in downtown Dayton, offers help with those struggling keep New Year’s resolutions or for anyone who is looking to move to a more healthy lifestyle. The joining fee has been waived through February 3, 2018. Rhea County Community Center or RC3 as it is know by around town offers weights, bicycles, elliptical, treadmills, aerobic exercise as well as a gymnasium for those looking to get healthy. RC3 also offers childwatch service to help busy mothers and guardians with child care while working out.
The Community Center has student, family and couple rates as well as senior adult discounts. You may also purchase student and adult day passes as well as 12 visit passes. There are several options to pay for your membership. RC3 also offers silver sneakers for those more mature adults looking for slower paced exercise.
There are many other activities held at the RC3, including youth basketball, volleyball and soccer to name a few. If you have any questions, feel free to call 423-775-0821.

Outdoor Pool: Currently closed until May.

Ages 6 months- 8 years **No Exceptions**
