You will also find Rhea County’s “2013 Fairest of the Fair” – Briana Carter and sister, Condra Lee Carter, “2013 Fairest of the Fair – Junior”. It was the first time sisters won the junior crown and the prestigious “Fairest of the Fair” title. Along with the crown, Briana will receive a $1000 scholarship. Former “Fairest of the Fair”, Maria Shepherd, recently announced she has decided to compete for the crown of “Miss Tennessee”.
