The Week 4 tune up against Region 3-5A Clinton will hopefully serve the Eagles well as they prepare for one of their biggest games of the year.

Rhea County (3-1) is set to host Region 4-5A rival, Ooltewah Owls (3-1) this Friday at Bill Horton Field.

“It’s a huge district game next week so we’ve got to have tunnel vision and focused in on Ooltewah,” Eagles’ head ball coach Mark Pemberton.

In the last meeting, Eagles beat the Owls at home in the 2015 TSSAA Quarterfinals, 14-13.
