Dayton, TN — On a beautiful day the Dayton community came out in good numbers to watch the 2017 Horse and Carriage Christmas Parade roll down Market Street and by the Rhea County Courthouse on Saturday, December 2nd.   Dennis Tumlin was the Grand Marshall and wife Angela and children were riding in the grand marshal wagon.  The theme of this year’s parade was “Over the River and Through the Woods!”
