Almost Home Pet Foundation receives $1,000 from Spay Tennessee

The Almost Home Pet Foundation has been awarded $1,000 for use in funding spay-neuter operations of dogs and cats in the Rhea county and surrounding areas by the Spay Tennessee organization.

Spaying and Neutering pets is the only method to responsibly control pet overpopulation and improve the longevity and overall health of pets.  Spay TN works with spay-neuter groups across the state to assist with education, access to and funding of spay-neuter surgeries for pets that have already been adopted.

Spay and Neuter surgeries for family owned pets are available by calling 570-1275.
